Do I need a referral to start services?

No referral is required. You can contact me directly to schedule a consultation and discuss your concerns.

What ages do you work with?

I work with young children — including infants and toddlers — as well as adults seeking support with communication clarity and confidence.

What areas do you treat?

I provide support for:

What does the first step look like?

The first step is a brief consultation to understand your concerns and determine the best next steps. This may include a screening, evaluation, or direct therapy depending on your needs.

Do you offer evaluations?

Yes. Comprehensive evaluations are available to assess speech and language skills and guide treatment planning.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on the individual’s needs and goals.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Virtual sessions are available and can be an effective option for both children and adults, depending on the type of support needed.

What are your fees?

Empower Speech & Language is a private-pay practice. Fees depend on the type and length of service, and we’ll review them together during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect before getting started.

Payment is due at the time of service, and a superbill is available for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Do you accept insurance?

This is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service.

A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

What is parent coaching?

Parent coaching focuses on teaching practical strategies you can use during everyday routines to support your child’s communication development.

It is designed to be simple, effective, and easy to implement at home.

How quickly will I see progress?

Progress varies depending on the individual, consistency, and goals. Many families and clients begin noticing meaningful changes as strategies are applied consistently in everyday situations.

I serve families and individuals in Tampa, Florida. Services may be provided in person or virtually, depending on availability and needs.
